Tine on past lives...

Speaking of poems, it was Paul Valerie that said “A poem is never finished…only abandoned”. I think the same can be said about a past life. It is never finished, only abandoned in pursuit of some other alternative, hopefully something better. I had a past life before Jordan, we all did. That life was abandoned for Jordan. Whether that was a better alternative will be determined by the sum total of several discrete choices we will have to make during our tenure. I was hoping to say a little more, but it is getting late and a chaotic life (and mind) must be organized in preparation for a new day…and a new opportunity.

Tine,
Congradulations on being chosen to be a part of the group to be on the Jordan UCG youthcorp project for 2008. I met you dad when he was here in Cincinnati for ministerial training.

Hello to the Jordan Crew!! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedules to post these blogs! They make us feel like we're right there with you; of course, in a way we are with you--in spirit and in prayers. Looking forward to experiencing more of the Middle East vicariously through you. Much love to you all! The Johnsons (Cleveland)

Hi Tine,
You are always in my prayers. It was so good to see pictures of you. You look lovely and ever so happy. Things at Big Flats are much as you left them. Jill, Dick and I got a tour of Lori and Ron's new house (they moved in last Sabbath). We love and miss you but are confident that you are in God's service. Stay strong in His love.
