Dear readers,
The most important thing at this stage is that you all remain calm. I am working with Lena to ensure that her volatility is stabilized and brought under a measure of control. My friend is grappling to come to terms with the fact that the project officially ends in just over 2 weeks. She is slowly (but surely) progressing through the stages of grief. Yesterday was stage 1: Denial, and today is stage 2: Anger - hence the irate blogpost. As the picture below so eloquently portrays, stage 2 could be potentially harmful to the health of those of us in close proximity - BUT like I said, there is no need for panic, at this point. Should things substantially deteriorate, I will call for a collaborative brainstorming session on how we can best ameliorate this (potentially alarming) situation. I will continue to monitor her condition and if things continue to decline, we will proceed accordingly. However we are still on orange…for now.
Very (IN)Sincerely,
Tine
Ps: Mr. Horchak, these exchanges are our coping mechanism with the "inevitable". You can "chide" us accordingly on Wednesday :-)

Hey group---
Sounds like you are all taking leaving Amman, Jordan in very calm stride, no delerium tremors, no emotional over-reaction, no withdrawel. Its SOOO mature of all of you! Actually, I got a real chuckle out of your posts (albeit I know they are partly true!) and how hard it is for your service there and time togheter to come to an "end" (Sorry, Lena...there is some truth in "end"!). That said, there will be some things that simply will NOT end, and that is very, very good. Boy...Tine's look in the one picture (showing those teeth!)--is downright Scary!!! Argh!...
Mr H
ooooh Mr. H, I am stung by your comment regarding my pearly whites. I feel you could have shown a bit more sensitivity in that regard, especially since this is a traumatic time for us all...I feel slightly picked on...he he he
